Our Unior 1662/4 Square Tapered Crank Puller offers a feature that other pullers don't: like the taper on the bottom bracket spindle, the threads that engage the crank have a taper as well. This taper helps the tool to engage damaged threads on the crank arm, making removal of otherwise nightmarish cranks easy.

A star-fangled nut needs to be pressed into a steerer tube to a specific depth and it needs to be driven in straight. Thread the star nut onto the setter, place it over the end of the steerer, and using your favorite hammer, drive the star-fangled nut home. Compatible with 1" and 1-1/8" steerer tubes.

For use in conjunction with our reaming pedal taps, this thread insert is held in place with a strong thread locker and allows you to install any standard pedal. - Pack of 10, fits 9/16" pedals.

Rims generally need to be centered over the hub*. Our dishing gauge allows you to verify that it is, and if it's not, tells you how far out it is. The donuts on either end allow you to use the tool with a tire mounted on the rim. Fit wheels from 16" to 29" *Some rim & hub combinations, on some bikes, are purposely dished to one side. It's rare, and if it's something you need to be concerned about you're likely already aware of it.

Anyone that's worked in a shop knows 3 things: 1) somewhere there's a bin of random freewheel tools, 2) you never grab the correct one the first time, and 3) when you do find the right tool, the engagement points on the freewheel are generally rounded off so the tool doesn't work anyway.
